VEE Corporation’s Online Privacy and Fair Information Practices Policy. VEE Corporation, its staff, contractors, and others who help us operate our web sites follow this policy on privacy and fair information practices for online activities of sesamestreetlive.com, mylittleponylive.net, kidzbopworldtour.com, vee.com, and all of VEE Corporation’s current and future live stage productions and corporate accounts.
By providing the information via this web site or by continuing to use the site after having an opportunity to review this Privacy Policy, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy, and VEE’s use of the information it collects as described at the point of collection or in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, you may not use this web site. VEE reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Any updates or material changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted here, and the last date of modification will be noted above. No other notice of such updates or changes will be provided. Your use of the web site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Privacy Policy as modified. |

I.
Trust and Security

We understand and advocate for your family's concerns about privacy. Our mission is to provide families with high quality family-friendly entertainment. This mission is reflected in every show we perform, every appearance made by a character, and activities and sweepstakes, whether they be online or available at your local grocery store or bank. VEE Corporation wants all of your experiences with our live stage productions to be positive, enjoyable and safe. Our web site and associated data is maintained with physical safeguards against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification, and improper disclosure. Despite these efforts, however, please be aware that no system is ever fully protected or completely secure.
|
 |
II.
Parental Involvement and Consent

We recommend that children explore the Internet with adult supervision. As we expand our web site, we hope to expand activities that delight both you and your children. We require parental consent before collecting information from children under the age of 13. For more information, see Section V (Children Under 13). Personal information should never be given over the Internet unless you know how it is being used and why it is necessary to collect that information. In our site, we ask for personal information in four areas. In addition, this section will cover questions about online ticket sales: |
 |
A.
Mailing List

We offer an opportunity to sign up for our live stage productions mailing lists. Our mailings are addressed to a family and never directly to children (i.e. The Jones Family). Sign up is completely voluntary. We visit most cities at least once in a calendar year. You would only receive multiple mailings about upcoming shows if you lived in an area where we play separate venues and/or multiple productions. Therefore, the possibility remains that you may receive several show related mailings within a calendar year. We ask for an email address in order to have the option to email families about our shows. Again, we would ask your consent in continuing with email notification.
|
 |
C.
Sweepstakes or Contests

We ask for parental involvement in entering children in any giveaway or activity online. We will notify winners by email and/or mail address notification to that household, and not to any one individual. Addresses are not shared with third parties.
We produce an activity book and show program for most of our productions and often include artwork or "letters" from children to their favorite show personalities or characters. Children are identified by their first name, age and city only. We NEVER disclose last names or addresses. There is a possibility that a submission to one of our online contests may be selected for a future show program. By submitting an entry, you expressly grant us the right to use your child's art in a future program.
|
 |
D.
Ticket Sales

We cannot guarantee a secure transaction online, so we do not offer that service. To order tickets, you may call the venue where VEE’s live stage productions are playing. Tickets go on sale to the public approximately four (4) weeks before our performances. This site does offer links to Ticketmaster (ticketmaster.com) in cities where Ticketmaster is a ticket outlet. Ticketmaster does have systems in place to make a transaction secure. If you link to Ticketmaster, you will leave our web site and no longer be covered by this Privacy Policy. You may want to explore their privacy and use policies when you click through.

 |
E.
Audition and Employment Profiles

VEE Corporation hires persons 18 years and older. These areas of our web site are geared toward adults. We state our age requirement clearly. In order to assess the skills of potential applicants, we must ask candidates to fill out detailed information. This information is kept confidential.
|
 |
III.
Use and Disclosure Limitations

VEE Corporation tracks a visitor’s "click-throughs" on our web sites. As you click or select certain areas of VEE’s sites, we track your selections to measure the effectiveness and popularity of certain features on our web sites. You are not identified in any way and are recognized by the system as the Xth visitor to the sites.
We track your "click-throughs" on our web sites only. We do not attempt to collect any information about web sites you’ve visited previously or where you visit once you leave our websites.
If you have registered to receive information from our web sites, you may opt-out of receiving future emails by using the link included in each email generated as a result of your registration.
|
 |
IV. Sharing Personally Identifiable Information

VEE may share personal information with persons or entities that provide support or services in connection with our web sites. We do not permit these persons or entities to use your personal information for any other purpose.
In general, VEE does not disclose personal information collected from web site users to third parties. In the case of a merger, reorganization, acquisition, bankruptcy, or similar event, however, VEE’s information, including personal information obtained via web sites, may be transferred to VEE’s successor. Additionally, we may disclose personal information when we have a good faith belief we are required to do so by law, or when we believe it is necessary to protect VEE, our web sites or other property, or our users or other persons.
|
 |
V. Children Under 13

VEE may collect, retain, and use personal information from children under 13 ("children") that is submitted in connection with our web site registration process or a contest or sweepstakes with a parent’s verified consent. To determine whether a user is a child, we ask all users submitting personal information to provide a date of birth. Any user whose date of birth indicates he or she is under 13 must complete an additional process to obtain parental consent.
VEE may collect, retain, and use the following types of information from children: name, address, email address, mailing address, parent’s name, parent’s email address, and such other information as may be necessary to allow the child’s participation in the registration, sweepstakes or contest. Parents may review and update their child’s information by following the process outlined in the parental consent email or other correspondence. The information collected is used to allow the child to participate in the activity for which the child registered and to receive promotional materials from VEE regarding upcoming shows, special offers, and similar materials. For more information about the collection, retention and use of children’s personal information, please review the remainder of this policy, which applies to information provided by all users, including children.
VEE is prohibited from conditioning a child’s participating in a particular activity, such as a contest, on disclosure of more personal information than is necessary to participate in the activity. As such, VEE will not request more information than is required for participation.
Any personal information provided by a child via the VEE web site is collected by VEE. VEE’s contact information is:
